“making the arms smaller”
is the only goal.
In reality, however,
one of the most important factors

The bra line is a region
that becomes visible through clothing

For this reason,

without considering the bra line

1.Understanding the Anatomy of the Bra Line
The bra line is not
a single anatomical point.
Instead, it is a connected region
made up of several adjacent areas.
-Posterior axillary area

-Latissimus dorsi area

Goal:
The patient wanted

Preoperative Findings
The upper arms appeared
relatively bulky overall.
The most prominent concern

Arm and Back Liposuction
As the back-of-arm fullness
was reduced,
the shoulder line became smoother
and transitioned into a straighter,
more refined contour.
The overall arm silhouette
appeared cleaner and more balanced,
enhancing the appearance
of the upper body.
From the side view,
the visible width of the arms
became noticeably narrower,
creating a significantly slimmer
and more elegant profile.
Rather than simply reducing volume,
the procedure improved
the overall proportion
of the upper-body contour.
The accessory breast area
was also successfully refined,
creating a clearer separation
between the chest and underarm region.
As a result,
the chest contour appears

Finally, refinement of the
bra line area

Previously, the side profile appeared wider
because the chest projected forward
while fullness behind the arms
and along the back projected outward.

the chest became more visually defined,
while the area behind the arms
appeared slimmer and more refined.
As a result,
the upper body developed
a softer and more feminine contour.
Arm liposuction

for reducing arm circumference.
