The patient is 165cm tall, weighs 57kg,
and has a BMI of 21. She is a bride-to-be
preparing for her wedding photoshoot in a few months.
Recently, she experienced a rapid weight gain
of nearly 7kg in just 4 months,
leading to noticeable fat accumulation
in her upper arms. To slim them down,
she decided to undergo arm liposuction,
and visited a liposuction clinic to consult
about the procedure, recovery time, and cost.
During the body consultation,
she asked whether arm liposuction could help her

We advised the patient to temporarily stop wearing it,

recommended taking antihistamines
if the allergy symptoms worsened.
Since the skin becomes particularly thin and sensitive
after liposuction, we strongly emphasized
the need for proper moisturizing care
to prevent excessive dryness and irritation.
Once the immune system stabilizes,
we advised her to resume consistent use
of the compression garment for recovery.
In the post-treatment photos, it was clear
that the allergic symptoms had subsided to some extent.

compared to before surgery, there were still

As time passed, the patient continued
