The patient visited our clinic to improve the inner thighs and buttock line.
She had lost weight from 67kg to 52.8kg after giving birth,
but the fat did not reduce evenly, which caused stress whenever she wore jeans or leggings.
Her desired thigh shape was slim overall,
while maintaining volume and a defined line around the buttocks.

The patient was 162cm tall with a BMI of 19.9.
Her skin showed mild laxity and she had relatively low muscle mass.
Fat was generally distributed throughout the thighs.
Upon examination, we found that fat was concentrated on the inner thighs,
and since her inner thigh muscles were underdeveloped, liposuction was expected to be effective.
We also observed uneven lines due to hip dips.

By filling these areas with fat grafting, we expected to
achieve a smoother line and enhanced volume around the hip joints.
The patient also asked about the level of pain after liposuction and fat grafting.
We explained that although pain levels can vary by individual,
in her case, since the amount of fat to be removed was
not excessive for her body type, the pain would be manageable
after 2 to 3 days of initial discomfort.
In the end, we removed a total of 2,600cc of fat from the thighs and
grafted 150cc and 180cc of fat into each hip area, respectively.

Before surgery, there was significant fat accumulation in the
saddlebag area, causing an outward bulge.
There was also a lot of fat on the inner thighs, causing both thighs to touch.
Preoperative photos showed uneven lines
from the pelvis to the thighs due to hip dips.
It was expected that removing fat from the inner thighs and
saddlebag areas and grafting a portion of it into the hips would improve the overall contour.
Progress photos showed successful fat retention in the hips
and a slimmer thigh line, bringing the patient closer to her desired result.
