Gynecomastia that develops

for surgical treatment.
Ultrasound examination confirmed
overgrown glandular tissue,
and the condition was diagnosed as
true gynecomastia, Simon Grade 2A.

To reduce the overall
chest size,
removal of the
glandular tissue
was essential.
In addition,
the surrounding chest fat
that contributed to
the enlarged appearance
also required treatment.
If only the gland
had been removed,
the size reduction
would have been limited
mainly around the nipple area,
which could result in
an unnatural chest contour
or visible indentation.
For this reason,
gland excision and
chest liposuction
were planned together
to create a smoother
and more balanced result.
Additionally,
to prevent irregular depression,
indentation, or tissue adhesion
caused by the empty space
after gland removal,
