Extremely Satisfied with My Arm Liposuction Results!
Procedure: Arm 180 Liposuction + Accessory Breast Liposuction
Surgery Date: Early May 2026
Surgery Time: About 1 hour and 30 minutes, including recovery room arrival
Recovery Journey
Week 1
My recovery was actually different on each side.
Right arm: Most of the bruising and swelling disappeared quickly.
Left arm: Yellow bruising spread across the entire arm, with a dark blue bruise about 3 cm
wide around the middle of my upper arm. I also started feeling firm areas around my elbow.
My arms felt tingly while sleeping.
Day 10
My arms felt so much better, and I had almost no restriction in movement.
The only uncomfortable part was a pulling sensation around my armpit where the tape was attached,
almost as if my skin was being stretched. Other than that, I almost forgot I had surgery.
Day 13
All of my stitches were removed.
For the next week, I applied an antibiotic ointment (Fucidin), followed by a scar cream for another week.
I also had the Bio Bond treatment released and started taking medication to help soften the scar tissue.
(I chose not to take antibiotics because they caused diarrhea.)
After 1 Month
About two weeks after surgery, I practically forgot I had even undergone the procedure.
I haven’t experienced any discomfort since then.
The accessory breast area still felt firm, so I’ve been massaging it regularly.
There was no visible swelling left, which honestly made me wonder if I was getting greedy by wanting even more improvement.
Day 34
I received my first S/V radiofrequency treatment for my arms.
It felt warm and relaxing. It wasn’t painful, but there was a slight tingling sensation,
almost like a gentle electric current.
I also mentioned the firmness around the accessory breast area again, but they explained that radiofrequency treatment normally isn’t performed there.
They did say that if it didn’t improve by the next visit,
they would make arrangements for additional treatment.
Day 53
I had my second S/V radiofrequency session.
The therapist that day was amazing, and after that treatment, the remaining swelling noticeably decreased.
I honestly thought there wasn’t any swelling left to reduce, but my arm line became even smoother.
This time, the accessory breast area was treated as well, and it improved significantly.
All of these photos are completely unedited.
I chose pictures that show my arm line as clearly as possible. 😊
Arm Circumference
Before surgery: 29.5 cm
Current: 25 cm
(I measured it myself with my arm fully against my body.)
Remaining Swelling & Firmness
I honestly forget that I even had surgery.
It feels like my arms have always looked this way.
Of course, when I press my arms against my body, the soft tissue naturally spreads a little.
But because the overall arm contour has become much slimmer, I look noticeably thinner.
Even though my weight hasn’t changed, people around me keep asking if I’ve lost weight.
Scars
The scars are still tiny gray dots for now.
I personally don’t pay much attention to them, but I was told to apply sunscreen,
especially during the summer, so they don’t become darker.
I haven’t started scar treatment yet, so I’ll share another update once I do.
