This patient had noticeable upper body fat
compared to the lower body,
which created imbalance in her silhouette.
She especially disliked the arm, armpit,
and bra line fat that disrupted her clothing fit,
leading her to decide on upper body liposuction.
From the pre-surgery photos and consultation notes,
it was clear that fat had accumulated heavily
in the upper arms, armpits, accessory breast, and scapula.
This distribution caused the arms to spread outward
