Many people who struggle with excess thigh fat and are considering thigh liposuction often dream of having slim, well-defined thighs.

While it’s possible to create very thin thighs by removing a maximum amount of fat, excessively removing fat without considering volume and balance can lead to an unhealthy appearance, losing the feminine contour.

The ideal shape features a slim waistline, a proportionate pelvis, and smooth, slender thighs, creating a more attractive silhouette.

To achieve this transformation, excess fat is removed from the abdomen and thighs through liposuction, and any volume deficiency in the pelvic area is addressed with a fat transfer to create a more aesthetically pleasing line.

Introducing a patient troubled by thigh fat. She underwent thigh liposuction and a pelvic line fat transfer.

Let’s review the photos.

The conslutation indicated that:

1. The patient had low muscle mass with ample fat suitable for liposuction.

2. Fat was concentrated on the inner thighs.

3. There is little volume on the sides of the buttocks, and the lines are not beautiful.

The treatment plan involved liposuction to balance the lower body and transferring the extracted fat to the pelvic area to add volume.

The proposed plan was expected to create a fuller, more proportionate shape.

So we suggested two options:

1. Thigh liposuction combined with hip-joint fat grafting transfer to achieve a voluminous and feminine leg line.

2. Thigh liposuction without fat grafting, leaving a small amount of fat on the outer thigh for a natural transition from pelvis to thigh.

The final surgery followed the liposuction plus fat grafting plan. Here are comparison photos taken two months post-surgery.

– Areas: Thighs, hip-joint

– Liposuction volume: 3,200cc

– Added volume: Right 140cc, Left 150cc

The goal was to create a feminine leg line by removing thigh fat and transferring it to hip-joint area, making the legs appear longer.

The post-surgery leggings photos show improved leg line balance.

This case demonstrates that removing thigh fat and simultaneously performing pelvic fat transfer can achieve a healthy, feminine body line.

he photos show a transition to straight legs with gaps. By aligning the inner, outer thighs, and medial knees, the legs appear longer.

Bruises from abdominal liposuction migrated down due to gravity but improved over time, with exposure possible after three months. Proper post-surgery care can speed up recovery.
