Liposuction is considered one of the more delicate surgeries,
requiring not only precise hand control by the surgeon
but also a deep understanding of human anatomy.
In liposuction revision surgery, the difficulty level tends to increase
due to tissue adhesions or changes in the fat layer
caused by the initial procedure.
These changes can make the tissue tougher or stickier,
making it more complex than the first surgery.
In cases where the patient has received multiple fat-dissolving injections,
the properties of the fat tissue can change,
placing the case in the difficult category during the procedure.
That’s why it’s crucial to inform the medical team
about any previous surgeries or procedures
and to build a detailed, customized surgical plan
for the most satisfactory liposuction results.
The patient we are introducing today
had gained about 7kg prior to thigh liposuction,
with most of the fat accumulating in the lower body,
a typical case of lower body obesity.
She had tried dieting, exercise, and fat-dissolving injections
to reduce her thigh fat,
but the shape of her legs showed little improvement.
Through thigh liposuction,
we were able to reshape her legs
and overcome the limitations of non-surgical methods.

Even with similar body specs,
liposuction results can vary depending on the individual.
The patient had noticeable fat buildup
in the inner thighs and attempted to reduce it
through workouts, strict diet,
and fat-dissolving injections,
but was not satisfied with the results
in terms of leg shape refinement.
Following her thigh liposuction consultation,
we identified several key aspects of this patient’s case:
1.She had undergone multiple fat-dissolving injections,
which caused tissue adhesions.
This placed her in the category of a thigh liposuction revision case.
2.Her body type showed well-developed inner thigh muscles,
specifically the adductor muscles.
3.Although she experienced significant weight fluctuations in the past,
her skin elasticity remained moderate,
suggesting a good chance of visible size improvement
through liposuction.
4.She had a fat-dominant body type,
with sufficient fat volume in the inner thighs,
Chanel line, above the knees, and saddlebags.
We recommended including these areas in the surgery plan.
To improve lower body balance,
we also suggested hip line liposuction
to achieve a more streamlined overall leg shape.
Based on this analysis,
we proposed the following thigh liposuction revision plan:
1.Liposuction on the inner thighs, saddlebags,
and Chanel line, to refine the leg line
from the hips to the knees,
creating a smooth curve and a slimmer silhouette.
2.For the inner thighs,
we planned to leave a certain amount of fat intact
because of her developed adductor muscles.
Excessive removal could emphasize muscle contours,
so we aimed for a soft, natural leg line
through controlled fat removal.

The patient underwent liposuction on the inner thighs,
saddlebags, and Chanel line,
with the goal of reducing thigh fat
while maintaining a healthy, feminine volume
and creating a shapely leg silhouette.
Although we did not perform hip line liposuction,
which can prevent sagging and improve lower body balance,
the post-op photo taken 1 month after her revision surgery
shows that even without it,
liposuction on her key concern areas—
inner thighs, saddlebags, and Chanel line—
was enough to bring noticeable slimming
and a more refined leg contour.
The patient had previously received
multiple fat-dissolving injections
but reported minimal improvement.
Through this thigh liposuction revision,
she finally achieved dramatic body contouring results.
As the residual swelling continues to subside
in the operated areas,
and with proper post-op care,
we expect that she will be able to maintain
a smoother, more feminine leg line
as her final results settle in.
