When the inner thighs touch together,
the space between the legs disappears,
creating a visually heavier appearance,
and causing friction irritation as well.

This friction can lead to pigmentation,
and even damage the inner clothing.

For many women, lower-body swelling persists,
and does not improve with exercise alone,
making it a common body concern.

Because of this, people often seek
medical treatment beyond self-care.

Thigh liposuction targets several areas,
including inner thighs and saddlebags,
the front thighs and under-buttock,
the back thighs and Chanel line,
each requiring different contouring plans.

Patients hope to refine these regions
into an ideal shape for their body.

In this case study, we review
a patient troubled by thigh fat
and examine the benefits of liposuction.

[Patient Information]
Age: Late 20s
Height: 163 cm
Weight: 54 kg
BMI: 20
Results may vary individually.

This patient had excess fat
in the inner thighs and saddlebags,
and along the Chanel line,
leading her to choose thigh liposuction.

Her weight gain was lifestyle-related,
and the inner thighs touching
created a heavy front appearance,
which was her biggest concern.

Based on evaluation, the patient’s body
showed imbalance caused by inner thighs,
the Chanel line, and saddlebags.

From the front view, the inner gap
was insufficient, creating a tight look,
while the outer saddlebags made
the legs appear shorter than they were.

A mild hip-dip indentation was present,
making these issues stand out even more.

From the side profile, prominent
front-thigh fat was visible as well.

For smoother improvement, this region
also required surgical refinement.

Fortunately, her skin elasticity
was in good condition, reducing the
risk of sagging or irregular texture
after liposuction.

This made her a favorable candidate
for balanced line correction.

The plan included refining the
inner thighs, Chanel line,
and saddlebags to reshape the
overall thigh contour harmoniously.

The goal was to reduce circumference
and achieve a smooth, well-balanced line.

Below, at 1 month after surgery,
front, side, and back photos show
thigh-circumference reduction and
visible contour improvements.

Before thigh liposuction, the patient
had insufficient inner-thigh space
because of inner-thigh fat bulging.

Particularly, the Chanel line near
the inner knee, the upper inner thigh,
and the saddlebags were protruding,
making the legs look thick and
visually segmented, creating
a shorter-leg impression overall.

At 1 month after thigh liposuction,
overall thigh circumference decreased,
and the problematic inner thighs,
knees, and saddlebags were
smoothly refined, allowing space
between the legs and creating
a longer-leg appearance.

The saddlebags and pelvic line
were reshaped to match the
hip-dip contour, helping the
leg starting point appear clearer
and resulting in a longer,
straighter leg silhouette.

This is the rear-view
comparison of thigh liposuction.

Before surgery, the inner thighs,
Chanel line, and saddlebags
had evenly distributed fat,
creating uneven curves and
an unbalanced thigh silhouette.

At 1 month post-op, the treated
areas became smoother, and the
inner-thigh space opened up,
removing the previous heavy
and congested appearance.

From the back view, the
reduced saddlebags refined
the pelvic curve, and the leg
line now flows naturally
down to the knees, creating
a longer and slimmer shape.

From the side view, the
front-thigh line improves naturally,
and the under-buttock volume
is refined without over-correction,
creating a straight and
balanced leg silhouette.

After thigh liposuction, comparing
the selfies the patient provided,
the inner-thigh fullness previously
touching together created a
tight and heavy impression.

By week 3, despite swelling,
the inner-thigh gap formed smoothly,
and the legs shifted into a
straight, lighter-looking line.

This patient struggled with
inner thighs, Chanel line,
and saddlebags, which made
the legs appear closed and
the lower body feel heavy.

Through liposuction, unnecessary
volume was reduced, creating
a defined inner space and
a smooth line from front,
side, and back views.

With improvements in both
the front thigh and
saddlebags, the lower body
now falls lightly, showing
better proportions and contour.
