Poor posture habits—such as crossing legs
or leaning to one side while standing
can lead to pelvic misalignment,
which in turn contributes to uneven leg shapes
such as knock-knees (X-leg alignment)
or bowed legs.

Imbalanced pelvic posture also disrupts
lymphatic circulation in both the upper and lower body,
causing toxin buildup around the hips.
This often leads to lower body fat accumulation,
becoming a source of frustration and body-image concerns.

Although physical therapy can correct
mild pelvic imbalance,
it requires long-term commitment.
For less severe cases,
thigh liposuction, fat grafting, and botox
can be used to reshape the legs—
making them appear straighter and longer
by correcting curves and bulk.

To achieve slimmer, more streamlined thighs,
a personalized surgical plan should be established
through a thorough preoperative consultation
based on the patient’s unique body characteristics.

The patient featured in this case
had a visible X-shaped leg alignment.
Through thigh liposuction,
we reshaped her legs to appear
more balanced, elongated, and smooth.

Let’s take a look at her transformation
through the before-and-after photos below.

Patient Information
Age: Early 20s
Occupation: University student
Height: 154 cm
Weight: 51 kg
BMI: 21

Even among patients with similar body types,
liposuction results may vary by individual.

Just one month before surgery,
this patient experienced a sudden 4kg weight gain,
with new fat accumulating primarily
in the inner thigh area,
causing significant stress and discomfort.

According to her body shape analysis,
this patient presented with the following characteristics:

1.She had low muscle mass
and good skin elasticity,
with a fat-dominant lower body.
Her thighs had sufficient fat volume
to expect a highly effective outcome
in both contour and volume reduction
after thigh liposuction.

2.A significant amount of fat
was also concentrated around the inner knees
and Chanel line (under-buttock area),
which caused visual irregularities in the leg line
and made her legs appear shorter than they are.

3.She also had a knock-knee alignment (X-legs),
so even after slimming the inner thighs,
achieving a completely straight leg shape
would be unlikely.

Based on this assessment,
we proposed the following thigh liposuction plan:

1. We aimed to reduce overall thigh volume
to create a longer, straighter leg appearance
through balanced fat removal
from all areas of the thighs.

2.Considering her knock-knee structure,
we focused liposuction on the inner thighs
and the Chanel line,
targeting the areas with the most volume buildup.
This approach allowed us to reshape her legs
into a more slender and even silhouette,
closer to a straight leg line.

Below is the comparison photo
taken before surgery
and 4 months after thigh liposuction.

[Surgical Area & Fat Volume]
Treatment Area: Thighs
Liposuction Volume: 3,700cc

The patient underwent thigh liposuction
to remove inner thigh fat
and evenly distributed bulk across the thighs,
with the goal of achieving a slim, straight leg line
that had long caused her emotional stress.

Although she did not undergo Chanel line liposuction,
which could have enhanced the smoothness
of the under-buttock curve,
her 4-month post-op results clearly show
a visible improvement in both volume reduction
and leg contour,
especially when considering her knock-knee (X-leg) structure.

One month prior to surgery,
the patient experienced a sudden weight gain,
but she maintained good skin elasticity,
which contributed positively to her recovery and outcome.

To maintain her new slim thigh shape,
we advised her to continue with our clinic’s
postoperative care program,
along with a healthy lifestyle
that includes regular exercise
and a protein-focused diet.
