As you walk down the street,
you’ll notice many women with
a heavier lower body compared to their upper body.

This is often due to genetics
and hormonal factors that cause
subcutaneous fat to accumulate more easily,
especially in women with certain body types.

Because of these factors,
diet and exercise alone
often aren’t enough to reduce leg fat,
leading more women to consider
thigh liposuction with help from
a body contouring specialist.

The lower body has a larger muscle mass
compared to other areas,
so a safe and personalized surgical plan
is essential for effective thigh liposuction.

Only when fat is removed evenly,
based on the patient’s unique body shape,
can the results be satisfying and well-balanced.

In addition to understanding each patient’s physique,
it’s equally important to approach
liposuction with safety as the top priority.
Every step must be guided by
safe, body-conscious planning.

Rather than simply chasing
the cheapest liposuction price,
it’s far more important to choose a clinic
with a deep understanding of liposuction
and experienced medical professionals.

Getting a proper diagnosis
and treatment from skilled surgeons
is the most reliable and effective way
to approach liposuction surgery.

The patient is 167cm tall, weighs 55kg,
with a BMI of 19.7.
She was concerned about her thicker thighs,
especially compared to her upper body.

She searched through online communities,
looking up inner thigh liposuction reviews,
trying to find a liposuction clinic
that would best fit her needs.

After comparing various specialized clinics,
she reviewed their surgical techniques,
liposuction costs, post-op care systems,
and follow-up schedules.

Eventually, she chose our clinic—
known for its strong reputation in liposuction,
and for offering personalized plans
that reflect the patient’s body proportions
and individual goals.

The patient consulted us to see
if lower body liposuction
could help solve her inner thigh friction
and create a slimmer, straighter leg line.

During the body consultation,
we found that the patient had a muscular lower body,
with more muscle mass than fat—
especially in the thighs.

Due to the prominence of the adductor muscle,
which caused the inner thigh to protrude,
it was unlikely that she could achieve
a perfect thigh gap or a completely straight leg line
through liposuction alone.

Since her main concern was the inner thigh,
we suggested a procedure that targets the
inner and outer thighs,
as well as the inner knee area (Chanel line).

By removing localized fat in those areas,
we aimed to improve lower body balance
and create a longer-looking, straighter leg line.

We conducted a detailed pre-surgical consultation
to ensure the plan matched her body type
and aesthetic goals.

Additionally, to reduce the development
of the adductor muscle and create
a slimmer leg line,
we recommended combining the surgery
with adductor Botox.

After an in-depth body consultation,
the patient carefully considered
how to achieve a balanced lower body,
addressing areas of concern,
and agreed with the surgical plan.

She proceeded with liposuction on the thighs
and the Chanel line,
with a total of 1,600cc of fat removed.

To enhance the overall result,
adductor Botox was also performed
to smooth the leg line further.

Thanks to the effect of Chanel line liposuction,
her legs appear even longer and more refined.

After inner thigh liposuction,
the adductor muscles may still cause
the inner thighs to appear full,
making it difficult to achieve
a perfectly straight leg line.

However, by also addressing
the Chanel line (inner knees)
and outer thigh bulges,
a noticeable thigh gap can still be achieved.

As time passed,
the wide areas of bruising, swelling,
and Bio-Bond stiffness began to resolve,
revealing the improved leg contour.

To help maintain the results of
inner thigh liposuction
and achieve a more slim, defined leg line,
we recommended regular Botox treatments
to soften the inner thigh muscles
and support long-term leg shaping.

Thanks to simultaneous liposuction
of the accessory breast area,
not just the arms,
the entire upper body
showed visible slimming effects.

When fat is heavily concentrated
in a target area,
it often leads to surrounding bulges
forming in nearby regions.

Liposuction shouldn’t be focused solely
on removing a large amount of fat.
The true goal is to achieve a balanced body line
and enhance the most beautiful silhouette
based on each person’s proportions.

This approach is the key
to producing satisfying results
from liposuction surgery.

It’s important to work with
an experienced surgical team
that understands the natural curves of the body,
and to undergo a thorough consultation
to ensure a successful and harmonious outcome.
