Even with the same height and weight,
body lines can look completely different
depending on fat distribution,
muscle development, and
skeletal structure.

Especially in lower-body dominant body types,
large muscles such as the thighs are prominent,
so even at a standard weight,
the thighs may appear thicker.

When fat accumulates in the
inner thigh and front thigh areas,
it often creates a heavy
and tight-looking leg appearance.

Because of this localized fat distribution,
resulting body imbalance and
a “heavier-looking” image may not improve
to a satisfying level
by simply reducing the number
on the scale.

In today’s thigh liposuction case,
the patient was concerned that
fat concentrated in the thigh area
made her body proportions look unbalanced,
and especially wanted to improve
the issue of her legs appearing thicker
when wearing pants.

*Even with similar body specifications,
liposuction results may vary.

Through consultation for thigh liposuction,
we evaluated overall upper–lower body balance,
the distribution of thigh fat,
and the level of muscle development.

The patient had a defined waistline,
but fat was concentrated in the
inner thigh and saddlebags areas,
making the lower body look
heavier and more dominant.

In particular, her lower-body
skeletal frame was also thicker
compared to the upper body,
so the thigh volume appeared
even firmer and more solid,
and the leg shape looked
somewhat bulky overall.

Because the degree of change
and the recovery process
can vary depending on the treated range,
a key consultation point was
finding the most suitable method
based on the patient’s goals.

Ultimately, we planned full thigh liposuction
to reduce overall circumference, while
refining the inner thigh line,
reducing front thigh volume, and
creating a natural connection
along the outer contour
following the saddlebags line.

Five months after thigh liposuction,
we will review the front, side,
and back photos to confirm
the overall contour improvements.

Before thigh liposuction, fat was excessively
distributed across the inner thigh,
saddlebags, and the outer thigh line,
making the leg width look wider
and the overall silhouette
appear heavier.

With thigh liposuction, we reduced volume
as much as possible, and in particular
clearly decreased the thickness
of the outer thigh, allowing the legs
to look lighter and more refined.

As the saddlebags disappeared,
the outer thigh line became smoother
and fell more straight, and the leg line
changed into a slimmer and
visibly longer-looking shape,
which is the most noticeable improvement.

From the back view as well,
the previously lifted saddlebags
disappeared and the volume reduced
into a smoother contour,
decreasing the overall
left-to-right leg width.

The leg length also looked improved,
as the starting point of the legs,
which once appeared lower,
was corrected more naturally.

For the inner thigh area,
uneven stubborn fat that had been
irregularly distributed was smoothed out,
changing into a cleaner
and more refined leg line.

From the side view, you can clearly see
the circumference reduction effect
of thigh liposuction surgery.

The front thigh volume, which strongly affects
how pants fit, was reduced, and the
back thigh line was also smoothed out,
allowing the legs to transform into
a more natural, slimmer
straight-leg silhouette.

After thigh liposuction, we compared
the patient’s provided Before & After selfies,
and could see that both the thickness
and heavy-looking appearance caused by
stubborn fat on the inner thigh
and outer thigh were improved.

The overall pants fit became straighter,
and with the thigh gap becoming visible,
a lighter and cleaner silhouette
was completed.

During consultation, the patient shared
that fat on the inner thigh made
her lower body look thicker
and feel heavier in appearance.

After thigh liposuction, comparing
the selfies the patient provided,
the inner-thigh fullness previously
touching together created a
tight and heavy impression.

By week 3, despite swelling,
the inner-thigh gap formed smoothly,
and the legs shifted into a
straight, lighter-looking line.

This patient struggled with
inner thighs, Chanel line,
and saddlebags, which made
the legs appear closed and
the lower body feel heavy.

Considering that her lower-body
skeletal frame was larger,
we planned thigh liposuction
to address these concerns
as much as possible.

By removing excessively concentrated fat
in each target area and restoring balance,
the result went beyond
simple circumference reduction,
helping reduce the overall sense
of heaviness in the legs as well.
