Based on this evaluation,
we proposed the following thigh liposuction plan:

1.Perform thigh liposuction
to remove concentrated fat in the thighs,
creating a smoother, more defined leg contour.

2.To add volume and curve to the hips,
we recommended hip dip fat transfer,
using the patient’s own harvested fat
to fill the sunken hip area
and elevate the transition between hip and thigh.

3.To prevent further buttock sagging
and maintain the natural under-buttock line,
we planned to leave a small amount of fat
beneath the buttocks during hip line liposuction.
This reduced heaviness while maintaining support
for the lower gluteal area.

Based on this assessment,
we proposed the following thigh liposuction plan:

1. We aimed to reduce overall thigh volume
to create a longer, straighter leg appearance
through balanced fat removal
from all areas of the thighs.

2.Considering her knock-knee structure,
we focused liposuction on the inner thighs
and the Chanel line,
targeting the areas with the most volume buildup.
This approach allowed us to reshape her legs
into a more slender and even silhouette,
closer to a straight leg line.

Based on this assessment,
we proposed the following thigh liposuction plan:

1.Perform thigh liposuction
along with hip line liposuction
to reduce the weight of the buttocks,
slim down the thigh contour,
and prevent buttock sagging—
achieving a more lifted and balanced lower body.

2.Since a large fat volume
was expected to be removed,
we first conducted a preoperative health screening
to evaluate the patient’s overall condition.
We also advised her to continue iron supplementation
before surgery,
to support a stable recovery
and maintain safe surgical conditions.

Based on this evaluation,
we proposed the following thigh liposuction plan:

1.We aimed to remove as much localized fat as possible
to create a straight leg contour,
resulting in a more streamlined silhouette.

2.Prior to surgery,
we conducted a preoperative fitness screening
to assess her general health condition.
We also advised the patient to take iron supplements
consistently leading up to the procedure,
to prevent any strain on the body
and ensure a safe surgical outcome.

Based on this assessment,
we proposed the following plan
for thigh liposuction revision surgery:

1.We aimed to carefully remove
the remaining fat from the thighs
to create a straighter, slimmer leg line,
with balanced volume reduction.

2.For the inner thigh,
due to prominent muscle volume,
a significant change was unlikely with fat removal alone.
Instead, we focused on refining the contour
through line-based suction
to smooth the leg silhouette.

3.To improve lower body balance,
we included hip line liposuction,
but minimized fat removal under the buttocks
to avoid exaggerating the infragluteal fold.
Instead, we approached the area with
a shaping-focused technique
to refine the transition between the buttocks and thighs.

Based on these findings,
we proposed the following thigh liposuction plan:

1. We planned targeted liposuction
focusing on the inner thighs
and upper saddlebags,
to create a slimmer, more refined leg contour.

2. However, since excessive fat removal
could accentuate the hamstring definition,
we opted for a contour-focused approach
to maintain balance while slimming the legs.

Based on this evaluation,
we proposed the following buttocks fat transfer surgery plan:

1. To improve lower body balance,
we planned liposuction targeting the inner thighs,
saddlebags, and hip line,
removing fat from unflattering areas.

2. To enhance her feminine silhouette,
we designed a buttocks fat transfer procedure
using the harvested fat,
layered three-dimensionally across the hip line
and pelvic region.

3. For the second session,
we planned to assess fat survival
from the first buttocks fat transfer,
and perform an additional transfer
to refine overall lower body symmetry.

4. As for the calves,
rather than liposuction,
we proposed calf botox treatment
to reduce muscle bulk,
creating a straighter and more balanced leg line.

1. We planned thigh liposuction
to reduce the increased volume
caused by weight gain,
