When comparing the
before-and-after photographs,
the previously flat contour
of the anterior cheeks
has been enhanced, naturally improving
the hollow and sunken appearance.

As a result,
the midface, which had appeared
broad and laterally dispersed,
now demonstrates a smoother
and more harmonious transition
between facial subunits.

The first noticeable change after
facial liposuction was that the fat
under the chin disappeared, the
double chin was completely removed,
and the overall face shape became
smaller and lighter.

The neck line now appears clean,
and a natural V-line has formed.

In addition, the buccal (deep cheek) line
was refined, improving the aged or stern look,
and the cheek fat was balanced,
correcting the widened facial appearance.

Before surgery, the patient’s overall facial structure appeared heavy,
mainly due to fat accumulation in the lower face.

As the cheeks and jawline filled out, the face took on a rounder shape,
but instead of a soft and youthful impression,
it gave a dull and weighted appearance.

Through facial liposuction,
the excess fat beneath the cheekbones was reduced,
and the volume under the chin was refined —

At one month after facial liposuction,

About 1 year and 4 months after facial liposuction,

Fat beneath the cheekbones, around the side cheeks,
and under the chin was refined, revealing a smooth V-line
from the front view. From the side,
the neck and jawline boundary became clearly defined,
creating a sharper and more balanced facial impression.

Six months after facial liposuction,
the most noticeable change was the sharp V-line jawline
that gave the face a lighter and more sculpted impression.

The overall thickness of the face reduced in all directions,
making the facial contour appear slimmer and more refined.

Before surgery, cheek fat and a double chin created
a wide and flat appearance from the front view,
and from the side, the vertical droop blurred
the distinction between the jaw and neck.

As the fat previously distributed across the lower face diminished,

For this patient, the lower face had carried

Through facial liposuction,
this weight was reduced,
and the once-blurred contours
became clearer and more refined.

At 2 months after surgery,
targeted liposuction of buccal fat under the cheekbones,
the double chin, and around the jawline
reduced lower facial volume,
improving the heavy impression and
revealing a sharper border between
the jawline and neckline.

Although no additional aftercare was performed,
most swelling subsided naturally,
allowing the contour lines to stabilize.
Both in daily life and in selfies or videos,
the patient’s impression appeared lighter
and more refined.
