abdominal Liposuction: Bikini Ready and Excited for Next Summer
Jennie
I’m already booked
to take bikini photos next year!
It’s finally been one month
since my surgery, yay!
I can’t even remember
what my belly looked like before—lol.
Humans are really… so forgetful—haha.
At two weeks post-op,
my body fat dropped 5 kg on InBody,
which surprised me a lot.
But now, after rechecking,
it’s only 0.5 kg…
Maybe because I’ve been eating a lot lately—lol.
Liposuction truly feels like a new world.
I didn’t do any muscle training,
but my muscle mass increased—haha.
Doctor, what did you do to me?
Thank you so much.
Looking at my before photos,
I’m amazed I didn’t notice before—haha.
After two radiofrequency treatments
and taking the prescribed meds,
adhesions disappeared,
but some belly fat still remains.
Swelling can last up to two months,
so I’m excited to see more improvement.
I’m determined to maintain it well,
and I’ll post my bikini photos next summer!
Am I being too excited?
Oh, and for those getting abdominal liposuction,
fat transfer to the pelvis is essential.
It’s very different
from just abdominal liposuction,
so be sure to do both!
Also, how do people maintain diet
after liposuction?
I want to keep my results,
but my appetite is already coming back…
