Today, we introduce a case study of a patient who underwent a re-liposuction on arms.

This patient underwent arm and axillary breast liposuction about eight years ago. However, she gained weight over the years, making her upper body appear larger.
The consultation indicated:
1. The patient has a generally high fat distribution on the upper body with low muscle mass.
2. Significant fat accumulation on the upper arms makes the body look larger.
3. To slim the upper body, suction from the arms, axillary breast, axilla, scapula area, bra line, and buffalo hump is necessary.
4. Presence of moderate fat and muscle in the trapezius muscles.
We proposed:
1. Perform liposuction on the arms and surrounding areas to slim down the entire upper body.
2. Use Botox to reduce the muscle size in the trapezius.
3. Ensure the patient is in optimal health before undergoing revision, considering the substantial amount of fat to be removed.
Three months post-surgery, the patient shows significant improvements. The previously accumulated fat in the surrounding areas pushed out the arm fat, making the upper body appear larger.
The second surgery effectively slimmed down the arms and the entire upper body. The back view especially shows a significant reduction in back fat, leading to a more streamlined appearance.
