Before arm liposuction,
prominent volume around the upper arms and axilla
made the upper body width appear broader.
This emphasized a heavier upper body silhouette.
Fat along the accessory breast area,
extending from the axilla to the lateral chest line,
made the upper torso look
visually dull and bulky.
From the side view,
thickness was noticeable both front and back.
From the front, the narrow gap
between the arms and flanks
created a sense of upper body heaviness.
Because of these structural features,
the patient experienced frequent stress
when choosing clothes.
Tightness and lifting around the arms and axilla

Even with weight management,
the connected line between the arms, axilla,
and accessory breast area

For this reason, the patient chose liposuction.
If only the upper arms were treated,

Therefore, a plan combining 360-degree arm liposuction
with accessory breast and bra line liposuction

Before surgery, the overall arm thickness
caused the torso to appear wider
on both sides.
When the arms were lowered,
the inner arms did not close in a straight line,
creating a slightly open shape
that made the body look larger.
Through arm liposuction,
the arm circumference was reduced,
allowing the arm–axilla line
to close inward naturally.
This resulted in a clean, straight arm silhouette.
As the volume in the accessory breast
and bra line areas was refined,
excess upper body fat decreased,

From the back view,

As the rounded outer arm fat was reduced,

From the side view,
the circumference reduction achieved
through arm liposuction

As excess fat from the front and back of the arms
was removed,
more of the torso surface became exposed,

With bra line liposuction,
uneven bulges caused by back fat
above the underwear line
were smoothly refined,
