When the lower body line does not look attractive,
it is important to check whether fat has accumulated
in specific areas, disrupting body proportion,
rather than simply blaming weight gain.

One typical case is when the inner thighs touch
or when the hip line sags downward,
making the legs appear heavy.

In such cases, liposuction should not only focus
on reducing size blindly,
but should target the areas causing imbalance,
so that the changes look more dramatic
and deliver refined results.

Even with similar body specifications,
results from liposuction surgery may vary.

This patient previously underwent
upper body liposuction at our clinic.
After that, she became concerned about
the imbalance, as her lower body appeared
heavier compared to her upper body.

She also noticed that with slight weight gain,
her lower body line looked even duller.

Although she tried fat-dissolving injections
on her thighs multiple times,
the visible results were unsatisfactory.
Ultimately, she returned to our clinic
to pursue a more definitive correction
through liposuction surgery.

During consultation, the patient’s thigh condition
was carefully checked. It was confirmed that fat deposits
in several areas of the lower body were disrupting
body line balance.

In particular, the inner thighs and mons pubis fat
added heaviness to the overall silhouette.

The inner thighs were touching, leaving almost
no visible gap, while the outer thighs,
saddlebags, and the line under the hips
appeared heavy and spread out.

In addition, the buttocks sagged downward,
and the mons pubis volume projected forward,
further dulling the overall lower body proportion.

Because multiple regions of the lower body fat
were protruding, the silhouette lacked definition
and appeared compressed and unrefined.

Therefore, the surgical design was planned to refine
these key areas, creating a lighter, smoother,
and more balanced line
.

Below, we review the before-and-after medical photos
taken 1 month after thigh liposuction and
mons pubis liposuction, to observe the improvements.

This surgery focused on refining the entire thigh line,
while also addressing the mons pubis
and the area under the hip line
to create a lighter, more balanced lower body.

Through thigh liposuction, excess fat in the
inner thighs, saddlebags, and under the buttocks
was removed. As a result, a natural thigh gap
was secured, and heaviness under the hip line
was reduced, clarifying the boundary
between the thighs and buttocks.

At the same time, mons pubis liposuction
reduced the previously protruding volume,
allowing a smoother connection
between the abdomen and anterior thighs.

Without this connection, the body line
would have appeared broken, heavy,
and disproportionate.

In this patient’s case, a large amount of fat
was suctioned from the thighs, hip line,
and mons pubis. For stable results,
consistent use of compression garments,
postoperative care, and moisturizing management
were especially critical in the early recovery stage.

Currently, the patient is showing stable recovery.
With continued stretching, swelling management,
and healthy lifestyle habits,
the liposuction results are expected
to settle well and provide long-lasting satisfaction.
