Even with strict diet and exercise,
some body areas remain unchanged,
making contour management frustrating.

Inner thighs and saddlebags
are especially difficult to slim,
and when you have flat hips
or a deep hip dip,
self-care often reaches its limits.

To address these structural concerns
and refine the body line in detail,
many patients opt for liposuction
and fat transfer surgery
to achieve a more harmonious silhouette.

Unwanted fat that creates uneven lines
can be removed through liposuction,
while sunken or flat areas are filled
via fat grafting,
resulting in improved proportions
beyond just size reduction.

This combination helps balance your figure
and create a more elegant, natural shape.

Thigh liposuction in Korea
was requested by a returning patient
who had previously undergone
arm and abdominal liposuction at Lesarts a year ago.

She was very satisfied
with her earlier results,
and now returned
to refine her lower body.

Despite a naturally slim figure,
she was concerned about
persistent inner thigh fat,
and a visibly sunken hip dip,
which disrupted her leg silhouette.

To address this,
we planned thigh liposuction
to contour the inner and outer thighs,
and performed hip dip fat transfer
to fill out the pelvis line smoothly.

This approach aimed to create
a more proportionate and streamlined
lower body shape
that aligned with the patient’s aesthetic goals.

Hip dip fat transfer in Korea
was planned to balance out the lower body line,
after the patient previously underwent
arm and abdominal liposuction at Lesarts.

After those earlier surgeries,
her lower body stood out more,
making the upper-lower body proportions
feel visually unbalanced.

The most noticeable issue was
a sunken transition between the waist and thighs—
a flat pelvis area that made
the hip-to-thigh line look disconnected.

This hip dip created
a segmented silhouette
and made her legs appear shorter overall.

As discussed earlier,
thigh liposuction was performed
to remove stubborn fat,
and hip dip fat grafting was used
to smooth the sunken contour
and restore a natural flow.

Let’s take a look at
her 2-week post-op photos
to examine how her shape has improved.

Thigh liposuction and hip dip fat transfer
helped the patient achieve a slimmer leg line
and a more balanced body contour
as she originally hoped.

Although only 2 weeks have passed since surgery—
a period typically marked by swelling
you can already see fat reduction in key areas,
including a visible thigh gap.

Fat was grafted into the previously flat
hip dip area, creating a more natural curve
and giving the effect of a higher leg start point,
making the legs appear longer.

By combining thigh liposuction
with pelvic fat grafting,
we transformed an unflattering leg shape
into a smooth, harmonious silhouette
and balanced the upper and lower body effectively.

While bruising and swelling remain at this stage
and the grafted fat has yet to fully settle,
we expect the patient to achieve an even more refined result
through continued recovery and aftercare.
