It’s been about 5 months since my surgery,
and the results have stayed consistent.
My upper arms used to be thick like a pig’s,
so I worried a lot before deciding on surgery—
but now I feel happy and free to wear
tank tops and bikinis without hesitation.

I hoped my arms would look even slimmer,
but considering my muscle structure,
this shape is still satisfying.
It’s not as thin as bone,
but it looks much more balanced and feminine.

The scars have faded well,
and I’m doing my best not to gain weight again.
If I manage my lifestyle properly,
I think I can keep these slim arms long-term.
